If you’d like to exchange something for a different size, or if damaged or defective in any way, then claims must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods.
Exchanges for a different size will be treated as a return, and shipping will be charged upon re-shipment if you located outside of the UK.
All returns must be in the original warehouse condition including the poly bag and card insert.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We highly recommend that you insure the package and / or send it with Delivery Confirmation. Should we not receive your return, we cannot issue a credit.
Credits on returns will be issued to the original account only and to the value of the merchandise.
Be sure to email: email@example.com when you have sent the return so we can keep an eye out. When inquiring about an order or a return please include the order number and the original email address with which the order was placed.
